We ship throughout the Mexican Republic. Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey: 5-8 business days. Rest of the country: 8-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number on the same day your order ships. The cabinets are shipped in reinforced, numbered boxes and are ready for assembly.
You have 7 calendar days from receipt to report any damaged parts. Take a photo, send it to us via WhatsApp, and we will send you a replacement part at no additional cost. No complicated procedures, no bureaucracy.
Yes. The cabinet bodies are made of melamine with 2mm ABS sealed edges—resistant to moisture, cooking steam, and common cleaners. We do not recommend installing directly under the sink without silicone protection, but they hold up perfectly well under normal kitchen use. Any spills should be dried immediately.
Yes—that's one of the great advantages of the Kbinets system. Drawer fronts and doors are interchangeable without touching the cabinet/drawer body. In 1–2 years, if you want a new look, you just change the fronts. No demolition, no throwing anything away. It's the most sustainable kitchen on the market.

1-year warranty on frame and hardware against manufacturing defects. If a Häfele hinge fails within 1 year, we will replace it (under normal use).
